Massage Therapy & Bach Flower Therapy

Home

Welcome!

I am so happy you have found my page. Massage therapy is just as important to your health... as a tune up is to your vehicle. It is absolutely possible to obtain better range of motion and live a life free of pain. I will help formulate a plan to get you back to living life the way you want. If you have been dealing with headaches/migraines, back pain, neck pain, sciatica, golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, shoulder/rotator cuff pain, or if you're expecting a bundle of joy...then you have come to the right place.

I became a neuromuscular massage therapist in 2010 because I enjoy helping people alleviate their pain and other health issues. NMT is a medical form of massage therapy. I work the areas that have pain, but also work the areas that are causing the pain. Often with chronic pain, the areas that are experiencing pain/lack of range of motion, aren't the areas causing the problem. We will have a consultation where I find out what sort of work you do, or how you spend the majority of your time. Often, things like a desk job or being on your feet all day (nursing, retail work, restaurant work, etc) contribute to chronic pain. I will target the areas being overworked; as well as, incorporate stretching these areas.

I often help clients avoid surgery; and help those who have recently had surgery to recover quickly. Massage therapy works very well when paired with physical therapy and chiropractic care.

I offer prenatal massage, cupping, scraping (Gua Sha), reflexology, ear seeds, acupressure, and more.

Call or text me to book an appointment.tel:7069809162 or email me at henglishlmt@gmail.com. I am located inside Calhoun Chiropractice, in the Kroger shopping center.

Attention: Please do not wear perfume/cologne/other synthetic fragrances the day of your appointment. I am allergic to them, as are some of my clients. Also, please do not smoke a cigarette immediately before entering. Thank you so much for helping me with this. However, essential oils are totally fine :)
